Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, sales, and product knowledge. You'll work closely with your store team members to deliver a seamless and personalized experience for every customer, from initial contact to post-purchase support. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various roles within the store, including visual merchandising, sales, and customer support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and individual productivity goals, as well as overall store performance objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses
