Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. You will take inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions, and offer personalized support to our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities

- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience - Take inbound calls, answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions - Offer personalized support to our diverse client base, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients - Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet business objectives - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience - Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications - High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Associates degree or equivalent experience - Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner - Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life - Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards - Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence - Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism - Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills - At least 6 months of healthcare experience
