Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email, chat, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling flights, as well as providing information regarding flight status, baggage, and other travel-related inquiries

Qualifications
