As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our customer-facing team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Job Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and empathetic tone
  • Guiding customers through the process of selecting the correct unit size for their needs, ensuring they find the perfect solution for their storage requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working independently, managing your time effectively, and performing your tasks without supervision
  • Maintaining a quiet and distraction-free work environment, with a stable internet connection and a reliable computer

Work Schedule

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be working remotely from home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Our operating hours are between 9am Eastern and 8pm Eastern, Monday to Sunday. You'll be expected to work weekends, but we guarantee at least one weekend off a month. This is a full-time position with two days off a week, and we can accommodate some schedule requests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve their issues promptly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and perform your tasks without supervision
  • A quiet and distraction-free work environment, with a stable internet connection and a reliable computer
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Self Storage industry or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
