Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering technical account management and cloud solutions to our clients. As a Customer Engineer, you'll work closely with our sales teams, product managers, and technical teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. You'll be responsible for leading technical projects, providing technical support, and driving the adoption of arenaflex's cloud-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and develop client solutions to meet assembled requirements

  • Lead technical projects, technology support, support bid responses, product and service briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
  • Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
  • Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and understand new technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space

Preferred Qualifications

* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance

  • Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
  • Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT technology space
