Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home after completing our comprehensive 90-day training program. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts to fulfill orders, address inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues
  • Processing and managing order forms, including payment processing, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests
  • Identifying, escalating, and routing issues to the appropriate resources, and following up as needed to ensure resolution
  • Properly documenting each customer interaction in the tracking system and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing support for customer applications, e-learning offerings, and special projects as required
  • Meeting assigned KPIs, complying with relevant laws and organizational policies, and assisting with system enhancements and procedure updates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, versatility, and multi-tasking
  • Proven accuracy in completing repetitive tasks
  • Punctuality, adherence to schedule, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • A background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
