What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, and other technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Documenting calls in detail and providing accurate information utilizing available resources, maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
  • Interacting with team members, management, and customers professionally while meeting production targets and adhering to client SLAs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience, with a strong background in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and OneNote
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in provider, member, insurance, or claims, is strongly desired
