Job Summary
As a Customer Success Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals. You'll be the second point of contact for our first-responder clients, assisting them through the onboarding process and providing expert guidance on website construction, fundraising compliance, and content creation. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills, and make a real impact on our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients in collecting content material to construct their website, including: + Gathering documents for fundraising compliance + Training customers on the general website construction process + Communicating with clients weekly on their construction progress + Displaying clients how to use exceptional build platforms to get high-quality content material + Assisting clients in researching suitable content material for superb PR on their website
- Collaborate with our net crew to assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes
- Assist clients in utilizing Nep Connect custom fields for their membership
- Hold quarterly calls with clients to provide updates and address any needs
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Self-starter with a confident and independent work style
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Monday Boards, Basecamp, Slack, and Zoom
- Familiarity with website construction and content creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience in a hybrid (in-office 2 days, remote 3) or fully remote work environment
