Summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is the largest plaintiff’s law firm and legal media buyer in the country with offices in every state, over 800 attorneys and 4,000 employees, and over 30 years in the industry. Our Brooklyn office, situated inside a renovated industrial loft, is the marketing backbone of the company. We operate like a startup – flexibility and self accountability is in our DNA. This role will be hybrid and require in-office attendance Mondays - Thursdays. The Marketing Strategy department seeks a great addition to our already amazing team. This role will report into the VP. They will collaborate with nearly every other group within the firm - creative, operations, product, web and paid media, while being a channel owner. They will be tackling complex marketing, media, and technology challenges in an effort to help our business grow. A successful candidate will be someone who can tell a story with data, see the larger picture to formulate testing hypotheses, be confident to take high pressure calculated risks, manage expectations, and be a leader to execute on action plans.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for marketing performance of a dedicated local market/regional set of offices
  • Drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve marketing efficacy and value to the business.
  • Build a marketing learning agenda, and prioritize tests that can be iterative across other markets supporting positive business growth.
  • Support managing annual budgets and revenue forecasts; provide updates on incremental opportunities
  • Understand overarching business objectives, strategy and operations, to adapt and define for local intricacies and considerations
  • Continue to optimize funnels and campaigns to reach growth goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or digital media management
  • Collaborative team player who can rally multiple cross-functional stakeholders behind a vision, influence decisions, and work under pressure
  • Proven ability to move from strategy to tactical execution - autonomously develop multiple strategic marketing initiatives at the same time and be able to implement them flawlessly
  • Proven ability to go from "insights to action" - work with data to build, execute, measure, and optimize impactful plans
  • High emotional intelligence - strong relationship management skills and executive presence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of and interest in brand and direct response marketing
