Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Office Administration and Accounting Support, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Settling customer shipments and helping prepare monthly claims
- Creating invoices and bills in QuickBooks
- Generating and emailing customers settlement reports
- Verifying customer logs
- Maintaining filing systems electronically and in paper
- Communicating with customers and operation groups regarding any shipment report discrepancies
- Helping with other administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing payroll times, and more
- Working on other office administrative-related assignments
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma with some college education and/or 1+ years of office work experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (a plus)
- Ability to work in a dynamic working environment independently and as a team member
- Must be organized and pay attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet due dates
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data entry software and systems
