Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, troubleshooting software issues, and helping customers and service providers with bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support

  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, addressing all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues, providing solutions and workarounds as needed
  • Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and service providers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Track multiple issues at the same time, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions, providing solutions and workarounds as needed
  • Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers, utilizing technology to stay connected and productive

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities or language barriers
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
