Responsibilities
As a Commercial Customer Service Banker at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial clients through exceptional customer support services
- Proactively identifying potential problems, compliance issues, and opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship
- Identifying products and services that meet clients' needs and developing a deep understanding of our departmental and bank products and services
- Developing a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures
- Supporting clients in navigating Treasury Management products, including all online platforms
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with department-specific systems
- Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services

Schedule and Location
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in office. You'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with the option to work from home on the remaining two days. Our office is located in Los Angeles, CA, and you'll need to live within commutable distance to the city.
