Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing online casino brand, making waves in the European iGaming market. They are player-focused, data-driven, and relentlessly ambitious. They are looking for a hungry, experienced Affiliate Manager to join our remote team and take our growth to the next level. The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager with proven experience in the online casino sector. You will be responsible for the entire affiliate lifecyclefrom recruiting and onboarding new partners to nurturing existing relationships and optimizing performance to drive new player acquisition and revenue across key European markets as well as others Canada, Australia The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy negotiator, a master relationship-builder, and someone who is genuinely driven by hitting targets and the financial rewards that come with it. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment and understands how to manage your time and priorities to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new high-value affiliates and publishers to expand our network in core European markets.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, profitable relationships with our existing affiliate partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial deals, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models, to ensure maximum ROI for both the company and the affiliate.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze affiliate performance using our tracking platform. Work closely with partners to optimize campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to increase conversions and player value.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as FTDs, CPA, player LTV, and overall ROI. Provide regular, insightful performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all affiliate marketing activities are in full compliance with relevant gambling regulations (e.g., UKGC, MGA) and our brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, BI) to ensure affiliates are equipped with the best marketing materials, promotions, and support needed to succeed.
  • Stay on top of iGaming industry trends, competitor activities, and new affiliate marketing opportunities to keep our program competitive and innovative.

Requirements;

  • 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager specifically within the iGaming / Online Casino industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with European iGaming markets (e.g., UK, DACH, Nordics, etc.).
  • Demonstrable success in growing an affiliate program and consistently meeting or exceeding acquisition and revenue targets.
  • A strong, existing network of online casino affiliates is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and deal-closing skills. You live for making a good deal.
  • Data-driven and proficient in using affiliate tracking software (e.g., NetRefer, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert, or similar) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to work independently, responsibly, and effectively in a fully remote setting. You are a disciplined self-starter.
  • You are highly motivated by results, targets, and the opportunity to earn significant commission. You have a hunger for success and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in another European language is a major plus.
