The role involves building a client base, educating clients on financial products, and managing client financial plans while benefiting from comprehensive training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Build—Call on, meet with, and evaluate the needs of personal and professional networks to build a client base. Begin to develop knowledge of NM financial products and market trends
  • Educate—Educate yourself through training, sponsored licensing and registration, and ongoing development delivered by your team. Use assistive software, reporting tools, and illustrations to educate clients on potential plans
  • Influence—Utilize the proven methods and advanced processes to present clients with the opportunity to protect and prosper, and serve clients best with expert influence and recommendations
  • Own—Take ownership of development and management of the business as you master your craft and build a team. Review and maintain client financial plans, continuing to provide optimum advice for your clients’ needs

Skills

  • Military members and veterans possess attributes such as standard of ethics, dedication, loyalty, strong work principles, and proven leadership abilities
  • Ability to build a client base by calling on, meeting with, and evaluating the needs of personal and professional networks
  • Knowledge of NM financial products and market trends
  • Ability to educate oneself through training, sponsored licensing and registration, and ongoing development
  • Use of assistive software, reporting tools, and illustrations to educate clients on potential plans

  • Ownership of development and management of the business
  • Review and maintenance of client financial plans to provide optimum advice
  • 4-year degree; or equivalent professional work experience
