[Remote] Premium Insurance Auditor - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EXL is a global leader in insurance premium audits, and they are seeking a Premium Insurance Field Auditor. In this role, you will conduct insurance policy audits, review records, and deliver accurate reports to ensure fair and compliant premium assessments for carriers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field and/or virtual premium audits of insured businesses
- Review policyholder records and operations to determine correct classifications and exposures
- Schedule appointments with insureds and obtain necessary documentation
- Ensure all audit reports meet client and quality standards
- Maintain audit documentation, schedule efficiency, and timely submission of completed reports
Skills
- Minimum of 8 months of Premium Audit experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Basic insurance or accounting knowledge a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
