Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Engage with potential and current customers to promote services and close sales
- Guide callers through the sales process by actively listening to their needs and recommending suitable storage solutions
- Provide an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries and overcoming concerns
- Accurately record caller information and sales details while adhering to performance indicators
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of call center, clerical, or customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with time management abilities
- Typing speed of 35-40 wpm and proficiency in computer navigation
- Ability to sit for extended periods in a sedentary role
- Previous experience in a sales-oriented environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving skills and a persuasive communication style
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
