Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries: Promptly respond to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Escalating complex issues: Identify and escalate serious complaints or issues that cannot be resolved immediately, working closely with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues: Liaise with colleagues and other departments to gather information, share knowledge, and develop effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor: Demonstrate a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times, even in challenging situations.
  • Sharing customer feedback: Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to inform product and service improvements.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED: A minimum educational requirement for this position.
  • Help desk and CRM experience: Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Customer service experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
