Job Summary

As a Customer Support Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink dispensing equipment, investigating and resolving equipment issues, and maintaining a positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, with a competitive hourly rate of $27.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink dispensing equipment, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards

  • Investigate and resolve equipment issues, including troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative while interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and achieve common goals

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
