Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment planning, tracking, and delivery

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
• Analyze and resolve logistics-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Develop and maintain relationships with logistics providers, including carriers and freight forwarders
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with arenaflex's logistics policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of logistics activities, including shipment tracking and delivery reports
• Collaborate with the logistics leadership team to develop and implement logistics strategies and initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations and reduce costs

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on supply chain management
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a logistics or supply chain role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex logistics issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
