Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.
  • Possess 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary).
  • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess a reliable internet connection, a smartphone, and/or a computer, with access to our systems and tools.
