The Role

You'll engage directly with customers via platforms like Facebook Messenger, answering questions about our products, checking fitment, and assisting with scheduling service appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, can handle simultaneous chat conversations, and has a flair for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via web-based chat services, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries

  • Answer questions about products, check fitment, and assist with scheduling service appointments
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
