Key Responsibilities
As a remote research participant, you'll have the chance to engage in a range of projects, including:
- Data entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, using your computer, laptop, or mobile device.
- Focus groups: Participating in online discussions and sharing your opinions on various topics, products, and services.
- Product testing: Evaluating and providing feedback on new products, services, and experiences.
- Research trials: Participating in studies and providing valuable insights to help inform business decisions.
- Micro tasks: Completing short tasks and surveys to help us better understand consumer behavior and preferences.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device.
- Strong data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and understand English (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects.
- Flexibility to work on a part-time basis, with the ability to choose your own hours and schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are highly valued. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Word or Excel can be helpful in keeping yourself organized.
