Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Dispute Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling customer inquiries and disputes via chat in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and disputes via chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Investigating customer inquiries and disputes to determine the root cause of the problem
