Atlantic is a company focused on providing sales solutions, and they are seeking an Account Executive to drive lead generation and meet with potential clients. This role involves prospecting, conducting meetings, and leveraging sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Excellence: Under the mentorship of your sales manager, be a lead generation maestro through field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Training and Development: Work closely with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Participate in training opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with existing and new accounts through telephone calls, targeted email campaigns, and corporate marketing programs, as directed by Sales Management
  • Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers’ needs and present the Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office solution to key stakeholders and decision makers, in accordance with the client’s preference on in person or virtual interaction, to increase revenue and market share

Skills

  • 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment
  • Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, displaying outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must
  • Display effective negotiating and closing skills focusing on the solution
  • 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Compass, etc. to manage and maintain customer records
  • 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining an accurate funnel of sales opportunities including staging, next steps, and close dates to support accurate sales forecasting
