Marketing Coordinator
911 Restoration is a rapidly growing property restoration franchise with 140+ locations nationwide, seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance their marketing department's services. This role offers hands-on learning experience working with seasoned marketing professionals and involves supporting diverse marketing initiatives across campaigns, franchise programs, and content operations.
Responsibilities
- Support campaign execution from asset coordination to distribution scheduling
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers on project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain organized systems for marketing assets, templates, and resources
- Assist with content management, formatting, and distribution across platforms
- Provide franchise partners with marketing resource support and guidance
- Help with reporting by gathering data and organizing performance metrics
- Manage meeting logistics, documentation, and action item tracking
- Proactively identify ways to improve processes and streamline workflows
- Provide clear communication and guidance to members of our franchise network
Skills
- Home service industry experience (i.e., plumbing, HVAC, roofing, carpet, restoration, etc.)
- 1-3 years supporting marketing teams (agency or in-house experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with Adobe and other design software platforms
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
- Quick learner comfortable with new tools and processes
- Service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
- An understanding of digital lead generation
