Outside Sales Pest Servicing

Saela Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to work with their current customer base by providing pest control inspections and recommending solutions. The role involves engaging with local homeowners, communicating service benefits, and achieving sales targets while receiving mentorship for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will communicate clearly with customers about the services we offer, the best treatments for their pest concerns, and preventative measures
  • You will spend most of your time engaging with local homeowners in a friendly and informative manner, explaining the benefits of Saela's pest control services, addressing questions or concerns, and tailoring your approach and services to the individual needs of each potential client
  • You will be provided with warm active leads and referrals daily and will have additional opportunities to expand our customer base
  • You will have monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals
  • You will occasionally be required to go to our warehouse located in Denver, CO for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc

Skills

  • Sales experience preferred in labor or pest control service
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks are important to your success
  • Prior experience performing inspections
  • Selling/servicing in HVAC, solar, internet, cable
  • Running an independent route
  • Face-to-face customer service
  • Other types of in-home technician experience
