Analyst, Proxy/M&A
Sodali & Co is a recognized global capital markets stakeholder advisory firm, serving over 2,000 clients in more than 70 countries. As an Analyst, you will support proxy solicitation in various scenarios, gaining hands-on exposure to voting analysis, shareholder engagement, and governance advisory work.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and analyzing shareholder and market data
- Conducting research and managing databases to support client engagements
- Coordinating with brokers and banks on behalf of clients
- Communicating with institutional and retail shareholders regarding proxy matters
- Soliciting and tracking shareholder votes
- Designing and preparing client reports, updates, and meeting materials
- Responding to inbound shareholder inquiries related to proxy solicitations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; a focus on Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated customer service mindset and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
