Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our clients' data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting data into our system using a steady flow of images
- Identifying document types based on provided information
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of entered data
- Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in line with HIPAA standards
- Collaborating professionally with team members to achieve common goals
- Suggesting improvements for job processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Completing daily tasks efficiently and effectively
- Performing other basic office duties as needed
Hourly Pay and Schedule
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, with both part-time and full-time positions available. We prefer full-time candidates, but we're open to discussing flexible scheduling options that meet your needs. Our minimum requirement is 20 hours per week, with shifts available between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

- Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English
- Typing speed requirements:
+ 50 WPM with 95% accuracy + 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy
