A Unique Opportunity for Growth and Development
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will undergo a comprehensive, two-week paid training program. The first week will take place in our Columbia office, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our customer service processes. The second week will be spent at our Montebello, N.Y. headquarters, where you'll gain a deeper understanding of our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Identifying the type of assistance needed and providing solutions
- Delivering information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
- Managing customer expectations and actively engaging customers in online chat contexts
- Providing mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, and more
- Additional duties as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting
Essential Qualifications
