Responsibilities

As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to:

Generate retail sales

by leveraging your passion for innovative technology and exceptional customer service to expand arenaflex's network.

Uncover customers' needs

by creating connections and asking the right questions, and position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.

Close sales

by utilizing phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

Continuously develop yourself

through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.

Refine your sales skills

through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

Key Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Sales Associate, you'll need:

High school diploma or GED

as a minimum educational requirement.

One or more years of work experience

, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

, with a schedule that's known four weeks in advance.

Openness to pick up additional shifts

and earn more income during peak periods, such as summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
