Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support through live chats. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with accurate information about our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our shipping containers and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with our sales team to provide customers with quotes and information about our products
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST

Preferred Qualifications

While the following qualifications are not essential, they would be highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a live chat environment
  • Knowledge of shipping containers and logistics
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Live Chat specialist at arenaflex, you'll receive:

  • A base salary of $500 per month
  • 5% commission on each sale made, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
