Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting data into our system from provided images, ensuring high-quality data entry and minimizing errors.
• Identifying document types based on the provided documentation, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of excellence.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, upholding the trust and security of our clients' data.
• Collaborating professionally with team members as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork, humility, and fairness.
• Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
• Completing all tasks for the day, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Performing other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Schedule & Pay:

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:

• Hourly Rate: $12
• Shifts: Part-time and full-time positions available, with a preference for full-time employees. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
• Shift Hours: Varying between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

To succeed as a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:

• Self-motivation with a strong work ethic, driving you to deliver high-quality results.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and focus, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
• A quick learning ability, with the capacity to follow instructions and adapt to new processes.

• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Typing Speed Requirements: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and accurately.
