Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering data into various databases and systems from source documents within time limits.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents.
- Updating existing data and retrieving data from the database as requested.
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records for efficient data retrieval.
- Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
