Job Summary

As an experienced Remote Customer Service Specialist on our YouTube Outreach Operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to cross-functional partners on item/strategy changes, managing and executing cross-functional initiatives, and owning delicate, high-risk escalations by thoroughly investigating maker/purchaser issues and creating tailored communication strategies to mitigate security and brand risks to YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as an expert to cross-functional partners on item/strategy changes, fostering deep relationships with regional groups to help and counsel in complex maker escalations

  • Arrange and execute cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader arenaflex endeavors
  • Recognize work process gaps to improve maker escalations that guarantee full de-escalation sooner rather than later
  • Work as an Incident Lead on select weekends to claim escalations needing prompt help
  • Own delicate, high-risk escalations by thoroughly investigating maker/purchaser issues and creating tailored communication strategies via email, social, and telephone to mitigate security and brand risks to YouTube

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a specialized operations role or customer-facing position
  • 4+ years of experience working with incident response management, risk mitigation, or customer service
  • 4+ years of experience with escalation management, chief communications, incident leading, and making time-sensitive decisions with limited data

Preferred Qualifications

* Ability to communicate analytical findings and techniques to specialized staff, executive management, legal counsel, and internal and external clients

  • Ability to advocate for maker arrangements that safeguard the YouTube ecosystem and its creators
  • Ability to work in and stay up-to-date with a fast-paced environment through successful prioritization and time management
  • Ability to serve as a proactive incident lead in on-call rotations, over weekends, and adapt to quickly changing needs in the YouTube ecosystem
  • Excellent technical acumen and ability to absorb new information rapidly
  • Outstanding time and project management skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $106,000 - $156,000 per year
