Job Description

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with superior service and support through online chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have an excellent experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
