Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, while also working to resolve issues and provide solutions to their problems. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, and will be responsible for answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and providing them with the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellness. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics such as determination of payments and claims related to medical and dental procedures and office and hospital visit costs.
  • Making it easy for customers to work with us by taking ownership of their issues and doing your best to resolve them over the chat the first time, every time.
  • Being an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on the right healthy living programs for their needs.
  • Accessing regular development opportunities and mentorship as you train with the best team in the industry, including extensive, hands-on training and guided on-the-job trainings.
  • Enjoying the perks of working in a wellness-oriented industry, including on-site gyms and cafeterias, massage appointments, and social activities.

What You Should Have

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required, with an Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.
