Join Our Team

As a Senior Manager – Product Cybersecurity, you'll be part of a high-performing team that's responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies across all blithequark products and services. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of emerging threats, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain the trust of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of highly skilled cybersecurity engineers in developing and maintaining end-to-end security designs for blithequark's products, applications, and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and education to staff and management on various aspects of cybersecurity, including threat management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and regulatory changes, adapting our security strategies and procedures accordingly.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with the HR organization to manage the recruitment, onboarding, and development of cybersecurity talent.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.

  • At least 9 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
  • Experience with risk management and compliance, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications, such as CEH, GSEC, CISM, or CISSP.
  • At least 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based security solutions, including AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with application development and DevOps security, including containerization and orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals, including network security, system security, and data security.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
  • Experience with security testing and penetration testing, including manual code reviews and vulnerability assessments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals.
