Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for world-class customer service. You'll be responsible for interacting with customers, answering queries, and handling complaints in a prompt and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
