Job Description

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of our data management systems. You will be responsible for entering and updating various types of data into our databases, ensuring precision and compliance with company standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data into the company's databases

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required
  • Respond to inquiries regarding data and provide support to team members
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity

Requirements

* Proven experience in data entry or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 WPM
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Relevant certifications in data entry or administration are a plus

* Experience with data management systems and software

  • Knowledge of airline industry operations and regulations

Compensation and Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $22 per hour based on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive performance-based bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, and generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
