Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Support team in Spokane, Washington. As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries

  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
