Job Type and Compensation

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll assist them in finding products, resolving complaints, processing returns, and answering any questions related to our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
