Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience. You'll be responsible for providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and chat, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in computer skills and basic software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • Some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus, but not required
