Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll be responsible for evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technology. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience and obsess about our customers as much as we do.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technology

  • Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams
  • Visit customer sites and deploy new technology
  • Collect customer feedback and quantify impacts of new technology
  • Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* A 4-year science/engineering degree

  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field

  • Scripting skills
  • Formal coursework/training in project management

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $38 - $42 per hour
  • Contract length: 11 months
