Remote Directory Data & Content Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Directory Data & Content Analyst. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Directory Data & Content Analyst to support a large-scale initiative to audit, update, and maintain third-party directory listings for our global network of locations. This role combines hands-on data entry with critical thinking to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams to execute updates, validate content, and help establish a sustainable maintenance process. Key Responsibilities:

• Audit existing listings across multiple external directories such as AirNav, ForeFlight, AC-U-Kwik, GlobalAir, Google Business Profiles, and more
• Compare directory data against internal master records to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency
• Perform accurate data entry and updates across platforms using approved content
• Validate live updates and maintain documentation in project tracking tools such as Monday.com
• Flag anomalies, missing fields, or inconsistencies and escalate for resolution
• Provide insights on gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve directory visibility and user experience
• Assist in creating and refining templates for directory updates, including field requirements and examples
• Support development of a recurring maintenance model and governance process
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to accelerate audit and update cycles

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content validation
• Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple systems
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with project management tools such as Monday.com preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across teams
• Ability to think critically and identify patterns, inconsistencies, or potential improvements
• Experience in marketing operations, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), or data management is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
