Job Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls for insurance filing and routing callers to the appropriate team member
  • Utilizing the Beyond system to cross-reference insurance information on repeat damagers
  • Entering and updating insurance information accurately in the Beyond system
  • Engaging in extensive phone usage to file claims and determine appropriate claim codes
  • Assisting supervisors and team members with tasks as requested, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively and supportively

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience preferred, but not mandatory – we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow with our team
  • Extensive phone skills and the ability to interact positively with customers, providing empathetic and professional support
