Responsibilities:

As a member of our remote Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with empathy

• Maintaining a solid understanding of arenaflex's service offerings and updates
• Documenting customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
