Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, and email
  • Assisting customers with orders, returns, refunds, account issues, and product inquiries
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems with empathy and efficiency

Requirements
