Experienced Customer Service Representative – Building Strong Relationships and Driving Success at arenaflex

Job Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, providing prompt and courteous responses to their inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed.
- Perform basic billing duties, including processing customer transactions, issuing refunds, researching billing discrepancies, and handling product exchanges.
- Provide customers with status updates on shipments and assist with packaging and shipping products as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, including contact information, past complaints and resolutions, billing details, and auto-shipment enrollment.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual goals for call volume, customer satisfaction, sales, and rapid response times.
- Analyze and set personal and departmental performance goals to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborate with management to develop attractive incentives and rewards for superior performance.
- Participate in weekly interdepartmental meetings, preparing to report on customer issues and their resolutions.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit comfortably for extended periods
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in resolving conflicts and de-escalating tense situations
- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
