Role and Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Healthcare Specialist / Data Entry Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new cases in the case management software, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Develop and send various required letters based on service type, determining the date for review by the Primary Reviewer (PR).
- Assist the Case Nurse Reviewer (CNR) in obtaining additional information from clients, as applicable, and notify the CNR upon receipt of the required information.
- Maintain effective communication with referring parties, including updates on any delays in service, as required for the service type being performed.
- Select the most suitable PR to complete the service type, considering factors such as availability, pricing, and client pricing thresholds.
- Communicate with the PR during the review process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the review service.
- Adhere to policy and process requirements for all service types, including submission of required correspondence and documentation, as per state and/or client regulations.
- Accurately document all required case activities in the case management software, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
- Finalize reports and deliver them to the appropriate parties upon completion of Quality Assurance (QA).
- Accurately input PR costs and client charges for invoicing/payment by the Accounting Department.
- Seek guidance from the CNR and/or direct supervisor, as needed, when performing assigned duties.
- Protect confidential patient information in compliance with arenaflex's corporate confidentiality policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
