Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing premium service and building relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence

  • Build relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions
  • Resolve customer issues related to logistics, packages, returns, refunds, product questions, and warranty questions
  • Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be a resident of Arizona, Colorado, or Texas

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and returns processes
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
